1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Azure Kitchen Co. website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Table reservations are subject to availability. We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations; otherwise a fee of 30 PLN per person may be charged. For private events, separate contracts apply.

3. Dietary & Allergies

While we handle allergens with care, our kitchen uses nuts, gluten, and dairy. Please inform staff about any severe allergies before ordering. Azure Kitchen Co. is not liable for adverse reactions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – text, images, logos – is the property of Azure Kitchen Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Polish law, Azure Kitchen Co. shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Kraków District Court.
